Refund Policy

Lateness

If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we may reschedule or modify your appointment to avoid disruption to other clients; please be aware that cancellation fees may incur.

Cancellations/No-Shows*

We understand clients’ may have schedule adjustments which is why we request at least a 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations.

Late cancellations and no-shows greatly affect our staff as well as interfere with other clients interested in scheduling an appointment at the salon.

We look forward to providing you with quality services at your appointment time and require that all clients have a credit card on file to comply with our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to charge for the service amount if appointments are not met and/or cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Cancellation/No-Show fees are as follows:

  • Cancellations less than 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s) total. Please also note that cancellations made within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time are considered a No-Show and will be charged as such.
  • No-Shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) total.
  • Appointments made within the 24-hour period must be cancelled within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service(s) total. Cancellations made within 1 hour of your scheduled appointment time are considered a No-Show and will be charged as such.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a business week.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
